Constitution

The Wise Owl Pension Scheme is set up under Trust and is governed by its Trust Deed & Rules dated 25 July 1974. It is an Approved scheme in relation to the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and is a Registered Pension Scheme in relation to Part 4 of Chapter 2 of the Finance Act 2004.  

The Scheme is sponsored by Wise Owl Solutions as the Principal and Participating Employer.

The Scheme is operated by a set of Employer and Member-nominated Trustees.
